This is a fabulous restaurant, and amazingly big once you get inside. Set in converted bank vaults there is a collection of rooms which seems to go on and on. we only saw three rooms but the waiter told us about three on top of that.
Having travelled a fair bit, as we all probably have, we have got used to the idea of ordering food abroad which comes in smaller portions - this is just what starters and Puds is all about.
We ordered three starters and two sides between two of us, the food came to the table all together, and we just grazed through a great selection of really tasty dishes using clearly good quality products.
The dishes we ordered included a venison dish, turbot, lamb, scallops with carpaccio of beef, sweet potato wedges and greek salad. For finishers we selected a large plate of four puddings on a plate selected from the menu.
A well as graet food I have to say the wine was fantastic - and at a very good price for the quality.
All min all a very good experience - and one which I will be happy to repeat.
