Thank you Stefano and your fabulous team for taking such good care of our family this weekend when we dined there for the first time - it certainly won't be our last! The food, service and experience was superb. Your restaurant has all the qualities we seek when dining Italian, your staff were professional, prompt, friendly and attentive with that unrivalled Italian warmth! Very well placed for dining before or after The Grand Theatre. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for absolutely delicious food and excellent service. We ate here on a sunday afternoon with friends and our kids and had an excellent meal. The staff were all very welcoming, making a special fuss over the kids who felt very grown up at their own table! The food was very good, authentic and extremely tasty! We firstly had a plate of mixed anti pasto with lots of marinated vegetables, fresh buffalo mozzarella and meats, all served with fresh bread, delicious. Starters were chicken livers cooked with amaretto, out of this world! They were served pink and were so tasty, I have chicken livers often at Italian restaurants but never had anything like these, very very good. The kids had chicken wings which were gone in seconds, enjoyed by all. Main event was pasta all round and I made sure I tried at least some of every dish we had ordered. They were all full of flavour, rich and filling. I had carbonara and it was really very good, plenty of bacon and lovely and creamy. The bolognese was rich and full of tomatoes served with tagliatelle instead of the bog standars spaghetti. The lobster ravioli was filled with chunks of lobster, not you normal paste filling, pieces of lobster, very tasty indeed. I think my favourite though was the seafood risotto. This had a unique flavour that I can literally taste now it is that memorable! I know for a fact that I will be going back for this very soon! The kids finished off with tiramisu ( exquisite!) and chocolate fudge cake which was a massive hit with them! All topped off with the best Illy coffee, this was a fantastic lunch. When the bill came we could hardly believe that a four course lunch of seven of us with drinks, a couple of bottles and wine, kids drinks andcoffee (one of which was a liquere coffee) came to a few pence over £17 a head!! You can't fault this place for quality or for value. Keep it up guys and you will have a long successful future ahead! Highly recommended, a must try if you live anywhere on the Fylde!

What a brilliant place in Blackpool, a fantastic venue for live music at weekend. Stefano's restaurant will definitely be a hit!! I will tell all my Spanish freinds when they come to blackpool to visit Stefano's..grazias.....

Fabulous food in a vibrant and intimate surrounding...the service was excellent. They also have great live music on Fridays which we fell upon by chance, was great, tasteful and unintrusive. I would definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I had dinner at Stefano's on September 19th 2012, a few days after it opened. It was the best Italian meal we have ever had anywhere - and at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended.
