With outlets in Westcliff-on-Sea and Norwich, Stoked is the UK’s first authentic Vegan BBQ. Executive Chef and CEO Billy Reeve took inspiration from months spent travelling around the southern United States visiting some of the best BBQ restaurants in the world. Using traditional BBQ methods, he’s at the forefront of vegan cooking here in the UK. Every dish is made in-house from scratch and the menu changes every 6-8 weeks. You might go for the Brisket Platter for 2 with braised seitan brisket flank, South Carolina mustard BBQ sauce, pickles and any 3 sides. Or maybe the Original BBQ Plate with a cherry, oak and hickory-wood smoked half rack of tempeh ribs, mac n cheese, BBQ pit beans and slaw. The food is complemented by an extensive and carefully curated vegan craft beer selection imported from the US.
