Had a birthday meal there 12 of the family all enjoyed it, good food great evening staff friendly .

We dined here again last Saturday whilst in the resort and enjoyed it so much that for the first time ever, we decided to call again the following Tuesday. The atmosphere on both evenings was buzzing and it is advisable to book to secure a table. As a change from my usual we had the mozzarella in ham and tagliatelle carbonara which was fantastic and not too peppery like some I have had. What was going to be a small meal with one drink ended up being the full works. You can spend the night there if you so wish as max does not pressure you to vacate your table. We like the fact that the staff treat you like family and have a laugh with customers. We hope to try the New Year's Eve bash this year, the only thing preventing us previous years being the weather!

Went here on the back of the recommendation on Sugarvine in their Guest Blog. Had no idea it was here on Red Bank Road and to be honest the façade or décor don’t really do it justice. But the food is the thing – Italian with a Sardinian twist. It was packed on a Saturday night and we were lucky to get a table. Tried the calamari and the Sardinian antipasti for starters, shared a special Sardinian pasta dish with a tomato and aromatic sausage sauce and then I went old school with Beef Stroganoff and my wife had the Green cod from the specials board. And all washed down with a bottle of Cannonau. With so many Italians to choose from (two more on Red Bank Road!) it’s nice to see these Sardinian specialities on offer. My advice would be always keep an eye on the Specials board.

We visited this fantastic restaurant last sunday only because we could not manage to get over to blackpool on the Saturday. As it was going to be extremely busy pietro suggested coming over earlier. When we arrived there it was almost full after only ten minutes of being opened for business. Not only did pietro go out of his way to accommodate us but we had what was our best evening there and we always enjoy every evening we go there. Credit has to be given to all the staff even when they were one man down. Consistency is evident at every visit. We could not wish for a better restaurant nor better people!

we called there last saturday (13 october) . the atmosphere there was absolutely buzzing and there were very few tables available even at six oclock. we had our usual choices, i had the tuna and i have to say that it was excellent in every way. the new chef is spot on with the cooking and all the staff complement each other perfectly. this is our favourite restaurant by far as well as being within walking distance making it even better.

This charming little restaurant is superb! First, but definitely not last visit last night! Food was excellent, I had a 'specials board' monkfish dish which was perfectly cooked and the sauce was just so divine I could have licked the plate clean. Other half had lasagne which was delicious too. Lovely relaxed ambiance and the service is attentive but not overbearing. Hope we get to visit again soon for another 10/10 dining experience

what can i say that will better this top-class restaurant? every time we come here we enjoy it more and more and we enjoy the camaraderie of all the staff. as far as the food is concerned we have great difficulty in actually selecting something from the menu. the only way to actually try everything is to call every week which is very tempting!

My family went on a Friday night for my parents anniversary. We had been meaning to visit for a while as we have a house in Sardinia and so are very familiar with and love Sardinian food! We were honestly amazed at the standard of food and service at the restaurant, it was as if we were actually in Sardinia and well exceeded our expectations. Our only regret is that we have not been taking full advantage of the Restaurant since it opened. We could not recommend this restaurant highly enough! If you are looking for outstanding food at unbeatable prices.....look no further!

Finally got there, as my friend highly recommends it. Went for the early bird menu. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, staff very welcoming, The food was so tasty and the wine recommended went well with the food we had ordered and i just love the blackboard with the catch of the day. That's what I'm trying next time. Also like that you can view them cooking, but they do need a better extraction fan.
