Upon arrival wonderful ambience and smell of food. Miserable owner with the personality of a house brick. Atrocious Thai fish cakes. Tasted like rubber. Constant sound of pinging microwaves might be the answer as they had not been recently fried. Main courses mediochre and lacking the delicacy and presentation mentioned by other diners. Having read the reviews which are generally outstanding I can only assume it was the chef's night off and the owner had had a bad day. Certainly won't be returning.

Went on a Tuesday night and was surprised how busy it was. Food was absolutely fantastic, really really nice. Staff were friendly and lovely restaurant. Was slightly pricey but could tell meat was not mass produced rubbish and the steaks in particular (advertised as Aberdeen Angus) were superb.
If you don't care about quality of produce and price is your prime concern go elsewhere. However if quality is your overriding concern there is no better Thai in the north.

Food was about average. other Thai in north Leeds are better, wasn’t sure everything was organic tasted no better than the other Thai around and you are not charged silly organic prices, overall staff very good, thank you d little

Visiting family back home on a recent trip from Australia, I was a little wary of "English" Thai food. However, was very pleasantly surprised by the very authentic flavours. The staff were very accommodating and put together a pad thai which was not on the menu. The ambience for a Monday night was excellent. Well worth trying.

The quality of food here is excellent, and the ingredients are superb. For the money, you will not find a better Thai anywhere else in North Yorkshire.
