About The Admiral Nelson
The Admiral Nelson at Braunston is the quintessential canalside pub with the building pre-dating the opening of the Grand Union Canal in 1730. The pub sits right next to Lock No. 3 and is a great spot to enjoy excellent food and drink in the most picturesque of settings. The menus offers a wide choice of classic pub fayre - alongside some more exotic options - and food is served at lunch and dinner weekdays and right through the day at weekends when a great breakfast is available too from 10am. The Admiral Nelson welcome families and it’s a dog-friendly venue with pooches welcome in the bar or dining area. Quiz Night is every Thursday, starting at 9pm.
