The Baby Swan conservatory restaurant looks right out onto the Leeds-Liverpool canal with panoramic views of the Yorkshire Dales beyond. It’s a great spot to sit and watch the canal boats glide by whilst keeping an eye out for their famous swans Victoria and Albert and their annual brood of cygnets. Situated just a mile from the bustling market town of Skipton, the restaurant is part of the Rendezvous Hotel and you can enjoy traditional British and international cuisine delivered with a Yorkshire twist. The signature dishes are Steak Diane and Beef Stroganoff which are flambeed in style at your table. There’s a full a la carte selection running alongside a Table D’Hote dinner menu with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. The purpose-built hotel has 96 spacious bedrooms and is a great base from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales.
