Went to the restaurant at the boat house sale it was the worst meal I have ever had the manager was rude and so unprofessional will not be returning we have been going there for years much better before him what a horrible person needs to go will be informing other friends not to go until he has gone
Oh Dam
I've been going to Deckers in Sale for a long time and never had a problem or sent food back. Today for the first time I called our waitress over and nicely explained that the rare rump steak I ordered was overcooked and not rare. She took it back and before I knew it the Manager was over with the plate shoving his fingers at the steak shouting 'how much more rarer can you get it'
Absolutely appalling behaviour, telling me it was rare then the lighting wasn't good enough to tell where I was sat and then decided it was a medium rare I wanted if I wanted the plate swimming with blood. Well no they'd given me a medium with no blood at all. Apart from draw attention to me he spoilt my meal, spoilt my mood and spoke to me like I was piece of rubbish and a complete idiot. As a result I'll never set foot in the place again. Not the best way to treat customers and as I was so appalled I put a full complaint in to the owners. Perhaps they could send him to lessons to teach him some manners. I don't know how I stayed so calm.

Great offer - 2 for £22 will keep me coming back - 3 courses and a drink for 2 for only £22 + its not out of a microwave!!! really good fresh food - can't do better for the price. Great views over the lake especially on a sunny day. Would highly recommend
Deckers
I have regularly attended this restaurant for the past 5 years and have never once had a bad meal. The prices have steadily rose but when you consider that with every main course you get a salad at the beginning of the meal and an ice-cream (which is delicious) for dessert - really you are getting a 3-course meal for one price (roughly between £10-15). Plus the food really is delicious - I highly recommend the monkfish.
Deckers
Food was good, well cooked and promptly served. Portions were very small considering the cost. Price of drinks was prohibitive, and will prevent further visits from us. (eg: glass of white winne and a mineral water............ £5.15p

Itslovely food but a bit too expensive for what you get. Nice to take your Mum to on Mothers Day. She'll be impressed that her veggie meal cost the earth.
