The Crown Inn at Elton sits in beautiful countryside southwest of Peterborough close to the Northamptonshire border. This traditional village pub with rooms is family-run by Marcus and Xin Lamb and sits at the heart of the local community.  The kitchen, under the stewardship of Marcus, serves classic British dishes based on locally sourced ingredients. They do a special Sunday lunch too as well as a two-course children’s menu. Dogs are welcome both in the bar area and beer garden. There is a restaurant, bar and a snug area too which is ideal for private parties and functions. Outside, there is a covered garden to the rear and sun-drenched tables out front. The Crown Inn is a great base from which to explore Peterborough and the surrounding countryside and has eight rooms available on a bed and breakfast basis.
