I HAVE VISITED YOUR ESTABLISHMENT TWICE RECENTLY.
FIRST VISIT (DINNER) I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE AMBIANCE, GOOD FOOD AND FRIENDLY STAFF ALTHOUGH THE SERVICE WAS SLOW I THOUGHT BECAUSE IT WAS BUSY.
SECOND VISIT (LUNCH) HOWEVER HAS PUT ME OFF COMPLETELY.
TWO AND A HALF HOURS FOR LUNCH IS WAY TO LONG. SEVERAL PEOPLE WALKED OUT BECAUSE NOBODY WAS ATTENDING THEM.
IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THERE IS NOBODY TO GREET YOU - TO AT LEAST HAVE A SIGN SAYING WAIT TO BE SEATED ETC. PEOPLE ARE CONFUSED WHEN THEY COME IN.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH, ALTHOUGH THE FOOD IS GOOD IT IS FAR TOO SLOW AND THE CARRY ON WITH THE BANK CARD MACHINE WHEN PAYING IS RIDICULOUS. IF IT DOESNT WORK IN THE DINING ROOM -- ALLOW PEOLE TO PAY AT THE BAR. AFTERALL YOUR BANK CARD IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE OUT OF YOUR SIGHT WHEN PAYING,
