About Dough Bar

Dough Bar in Liverpool city centre is a chilled-out bar, restaurant and event space at Grand Central in the heart of Liverpool. It’s open for food daily from 11am right through to 9.30pm with a menu that majors on pizza - with more than 20 to choose from - as well as burgers, loaded fries, wings, wraps, hot dogs and all-day breakfast served until 4pm. There’s space for 120 diners with seating on benches, banquettes and booths as well as sofas in the bar area. Dough Bar has a great choice of cocktails and craft beers too as well as special deals throughout the week on both food and drink. There’s live sports, a retro gaming area and if you’re planning a party or event of any kind, the venue is available for private hire.

We travelled up from Manchester as we were attending Backyard Cinema’s Romeo & Juliet show. We looked for somewhere close to grab a bite to eat before the show and decided on Dough Bar. The food was absolutely amazing!!! Massive portions, cooked to order and super great value for money. Drinks were great too. Couldn’t fault it.

I booked a table for 5 for a catch up with work friends. None of us could fault it. The food was delicious and really generous portions. The drinks were varied and very reasonably priced. My personal favourite is the dank juice. The atmosphere was really chilled and welcoming and the staff were really helpful, friendly and gave the place a good vibe. Will be my bar of choice for visits into town in the future. Fantastic little find.

Very student vibe. Booked a table but the staff didn't really acknowledge that. Just told us to sit anywhere and order at bar when ready. Food was good value for money but chicken strips were overcooked. No one checked if meals were OK. Fine for a casual lunch or dinner

Great little find, convenient for the train station. Staff very friendly and attentive. Also great with kids. Priced very well for the food that they serve, we wanted something quick and it was and it didn't dissapoint. Would definitely drop in again if I was visiting Liverpool with friends and try the cocktails as they looked amazing!

Our first visit to the Dough Bar was for a pre-theatre dinner. Booking was simple, and the staff were very polite and attentive. There was plenty of food and drink options that suited both teenagers and adults. The toilets were clean, and overall, it was excellent value for money.
