The worst customer care I have ever experienced in my life, staff rude, food very poor. Will not re-visit as long as this pub is managed by the current tenant. We were humiliated in front of other diners after having complained our peppercorn sauce was sour, I complained quietly and not within earshot of others. Shame the person dealing with the matter was not so discrete.
