About The Flixton
The Flixton opened in Urmston in May 2016 and has quickly established itself as one of Manchester’s quality neighbourhood bistros. A lunch menu is served from 12 noon to 5pm Thursday to Saturday and the a la carte is available from 5pm onwards Tuesday to Saturday. On Sundays, their popular Sunday roast is served from 12 noon until 8pm. The a la carte menu offers plenty of choice and you might start with Black pudding bon bons with cider and pear from a selection of eight starters. Main course options include a choice of steaks and lobster from the grill, fish and vegetarian options, a wagyu and bone marrow burger as well as dishes like Chicken Ballotine stuffed with pomegranate, walnut, squash and goat’s cheese and served with walnut and pomegranate sauce, saffron rice and a broad bean and mixed herb salad.
