Husband-and-wife team Neil and Louise Gibson took over the reins at The Lime Tree in Limavady in 2022. Neil has more than 30 years’ experience behind the stove and his menus are all about fresh and seasonal produce, focusing on classic flavour combinations. Louise runs the front-of-house and you can expect a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at this intimate venue. Typical starters might include Oak-smoked salmon or Local seafood chowder with mains such as McAtamneys aged rib-eye with a choice of sauces or Moroccan lamb casserole. Booking is recommended and The Lime Tree is not suitable for under-7s. The restaurant is available for private hire for special occasions outside of the normal opening hours.
