Many of the top restaurants could learn about hospitality from Graham and his young lady colleagues, greet every customer, make them welcome and acknowledge their departure with a friendly word.

I did not like the demand for me to leave my credit card behind the bar because others left without paying. Also portions seem to be child sizes.
