We had lunch here on a beautiful sunny day in February, with views from the dining room across the grounds and beyond, watching the horses frolicking. The food was stunning, pickled Red Mullet, Guinea Fowl with truffled sauce and puddings that were a step too far. Luckily we could retire to the lounge for a rest before setting off.
Truly a unique hotel and restaurant where you can forget about your daily grind and relax with the help of the brilliant staff.
I read that they are up for a Michelin Star this year and the food more than proved that for us.
