Part of the £9-million Astley Point development at Higher Green on the East Lancs Road, The Point is a new wine and cocktail bar that opened in summer 2018. It’s part of an entertainment complex on the site of the old Rendezvous club that includes four restaurants and has an outside terrace overlooking water features and a pond. The Point offers an extensive selection of wines, cocktails and champagnes alongside a food menu served from 11am-8pm including mixed platters and meat, cheese and vegetarian boards as well as daily selection of pastries and cakes. The Point also does a Traditional or Savoury Afternoon Tea from 2pm-5pm weekdays but only with advance booking.

The Point does not accept reservations (except for Afternoon Tea) but looks forward to welcoming you soon.
