Celebrating more than 30 years of family ownership, Chef Patron Nigel Dobson - who has worked in London, New York and Amsterdam - has taken the venue to the next level. Manley's underwent an extensive refurbishment at the beginning of 2013 and now boasts stylish décor, a fresh new regionally sourced menu - with light bites, sharing platters and their poplar 'Shropshire rib rack'  - and relaxing surroundings to enjoy a freshly prepared lunch or opulent evening drinks and dining. The Wyatt Pavilion has long been popular for weddings and events and now offers a luxury state-of-the-art semi-permanent marquee structure, providing a blank canvas for you to theme your corporate event or exhibition. It has its own covered patio area and separate entrance with foyer. Fresh seasonal produce takes pride of place on the regularly updated menus with great Staffordshire steaks, Chef Nigel's homemade pies and fresh fish from Birmingham market - one of the freshest fish markets in the UK. The stylish bar enjoys views of the pasture land across the valley and here you can also share grazing dishes, light bites and hot and cold salads.
