Had 3 excellent meals there. Service was good too and friendly.

sorry but found the burger and chips to be nothing special.....chips undercooked and portion small....person serving was a bit abrupt

Its pub grub, reasonable prices and a good choice, the gammon is very good as is the lasagna, steak can be hit/miss, depends who is cooking! You get what you pay for, so don't go expecting fantastic food for an average price of around £4-£5! Cheap & cheerful and one of the better pubs for food in the area.
