We had a 3 course meal which was one of the best we have had. We even managed to fit another before we went home. We enjoyed it so much we are going back.

We again found this restaurant the best in Perranporth and comparing with top restaurants everywhere. The food was imaginative and flavoursome. Portions were a little large for us but everything was of the highest quality including the wine , the cheese and the coffee. We even went back for breakfast and found the same standard.

Fantastic restaurant - menu using local fresh food. In fact it is so good I don't want to tell too many people about it in case it gets too popular! The food is as good as any top restaurant anywhere.

We had a wonderful meal here on their Tappas night. Never had tappas before but loved it, and the free drink with it.
Lunchtime the pepper soup and fresh bread was just what we needed after several hours in the rain on the coastal path. Also the service was very friendly.
Wish we lived close enough to go back, but 430miles is just too far.

I visited the Tin Fin for the third time recently, as on previous occasions the food was excellent, it was different and delicious. The menu changes but come up with some good combinations and very flavoursome food. Portions are ample perhaps a little large for me personally but would suit many. Wine was good but reasonable , atmosphere is relaxed but efficient as is the service.

best meal of our week in Cornwall, beat all other places with simple but oh so varied menu, pary of 6 for supper, all had different dishes and loved them. Breakfasts are oh so fab too, and they do know how to make a proper coffee - puts all other restaurants to shame in Perran, St Agnes and Porthtowen. Enjoy. We visit every time we pop down to Cornwall, and have never been disappointed - love it :-)

We were looking for somewhere a bit different for dinner and found the perfect place at Tin Fin. The restaurant is a café during the day but a lovely little bistro in the evening. It is licensed and had a good wine list and choice of beers, soft drinks etc. The décor is very attractive with stone flagged floor, multicoloured wooden chairs around white tables. The service was friendly, informative but not ‘in your face’. The menu was small but perfectly formed. Price was very reasonable (£50 for 2 courses each and wine for 2 people). The food was extremely good! I had black pudding with roasted tomatoes and Feta and my boyfriend had beer battered calamari to start - delicious. I then had spiced fish stew with Welsh rarebit (very very tasty) and my boyfriend had pork tenderloin served on a potato rosti with lovely sauce. For a little, unassuming place menu and the quality of the food was outstanding. One of the best places to eat in Perran Porth in the evening

Brilliant food, fresh, flavoursome and cooked to perfection. This place is a true find. Best meal Ive had in years. Great atmosphere, relaxing and stylish. Front of house, friendly, warm and efficient. Definitely one of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time.
