We had steak etc here when we stayed overnight in the hotel last Sept and thought it was overpriced for the quality and portions. The pud was dry which suggested it wasn't too fresh. Also, the restaurant had loads of spiders in every available nook & cranny so to be avoided in my book. We checked out of the hotel room after 1 night due to loads of spiders in the room too but that's another story. I certainly won't be going there again.

Pleasant restaurant for a pub meal. Good menu choice for fish and vegetarian as well, as meat and poultry. Good table service. Not suitable for a special meal out but nice enough if you are passing by.
