Visited tues 17th June. Ordered British beef and Pedigree ale pie. It arrived and I was immediately disappointed. The pastry was turning white in colour, the gravy was crispy at the edges and virtually non-existent elsewhere. We asked for extra gravy and I was given a small gravy boat containing coloured water. I have no problem with the staff who were courteous and helpful but the food served up was disgusting. Crispy gravy? Just not on. How long had that pie been kept warm? When was it made? I dread to think.
