Turkey undercooked on two occasions. Food lukewarm, gravy too thick. Used to be excellent.

We love this restaurant and visit regularly. However, whilst their promotional info says that for parties of 8 or more it is possible to book a table, when I tried to do this today I was informed that they did not book tables!
I know they don't reserve tables for smaller parties, but as this is on their advertising, I think this should be amended.
