I must say I have only been several times and I feel that whom ever is the Manager needs to have a better concept of food productivity. I have worked previously in the catering industry form 8 years. I understand from time deliveries will come late or forgotten items be missed and be unable to serve them from the menu, however never core items. In the last 3 weeks i have been for a quick lunch and all before 1pm. Twice there have been no jackets left and once there has been no beans!!! Tesco is only across the road and again i understand the profit and loss systems but to take a small amount from petty cash to replenish these items would be far more beneficial to the customer perception and repeat business. When they have run out of items there is no notice and they are happy for you to que for 5-10 minutes and them be told. I think this needs to be looked at more widely.
