Have been here many times and is always fantastic, we went again on Wednesday night for my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was no exception. We ordered way too much (as usual) because the portions are always plentiful, but even managed to force down a dessert afterwards.
My 2 yr old little girl was left to play around our feet as it was fairly quiet, and the owners didn’t mind so was a really nice evening all in all, and we spent a good 2 1/2 hours here & certainly were not rushed to leave. This is definitely a value for money restaurant and offers many varieties of set meals, oh and has a nice selection of wines including a lovely bottle of rose which helped us along the way. Keep up the great work, Thanks

Went to Valley Cantonese on Easter Sunday 2010 with my wife.
Loved our seafood dishes - staff were friendly - portion sizes very generous. Nice to have time to sit and enjoy a meal and not feel as though you are being rushed - unlike restaurants in large Malls who want to clear your table while you are still eating !!!!

We really adore the food in this restaurant. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. We have been customers for nearly five years and we come and taste this lovely food every week. The recession does not stop me from eating my favourite food!

do not have a takeaway from this restaurant as the vegetables are sweaty and soggy i found and when i returned the following day i was fobbed off with a lame excuse and will probably never eat from or in there again

My mum and dad started coming here every week before they got married and now they have me and my siblings we can only manage to go every couple of months or so but we also love the fab takeaway range. Great food we travel all the way from south Manchester to just eat this food, its amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and i think that more people should go there as all the rewards of this fabulous food will go to the best staff you have ever met. Great food, love it!!!

Went to this restaurant with my boyfriend on Friday night for an impromptu bite to eat. It was pretty busy which is always a good sign. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, though ordered too much which is easy to do as the menu sounds so nice! The scollops to start were cooked perfectly. The prices are set right. Only one minor complaint, the wicker baskets which hold the free prawn crackers on arrival need changing for something more hygienic. There was an accumulation of cracker dust stuck between the gaps in the bowl which put us off slightly. Maybe a stainless steel bowl would be better.

This restaurant is always at the top of its game, Never giving bad service in all the time ive been going there , What a place , What a service , What a restaurant/takeaway. ... Valley Cantonese dont do calsberg but if they did it would probably be the best in the world.. By far the best Cantonese food ever outside of China fact, People go visit this place and be astounded by the culinary delights that it has to offer.

I love the Valley Cantonese, the food is fantastic and the service is second to none. You are always welcomed no matter how rushed they are, and their take away food is by far the best this side of Manchester.
