We use the cafe all the time we are not local but its a lovely location and well worth the drive out. It's run by lovely friendly staff. We sometimes make it for breakfast which is first class and brilliant value for money, but the lunches are tasty fresh made and they have a daily specials board which always has a good selection, especially with me being vegetarian. Definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant family run cafe, always feel at home and get great portion sizes! lemon cake is to die for. Recommend to everyone! Go here on a regular basis.

First visit since cafe has changed hands and unfortunately was very disappointing. Waited 45 minutes for food at which time we had finished our drinks and we weren't offered a refill. The breakfast was ok but toast was only toasted on one side. Won't be going back I'm afraid.

Took a pootle up the canal and stopped here yesterday for breakfast.Good job we did because the gearbox on the boat decided to fail...Anyway on to the important bit...The breakfasts were probably the best i,ve tasted for a long time...and I like my breakfasts...Everything was absolutely lovely and servedserved with a smile .The atmosphere was great and everything spotlessly clean...excellent value for money and we will be going back very soon...Thank you to the whole family for a nice eating experience...... Just a shame about our boat.......lol.

We love this place we visit about 2 times per week my husband loves his food and he will not have a breakfast from no other place,only from andrea and her staff and we travel from Crewe we have been other places but the café is the best by far

Great family run business in a lovely canalside setting. Always a very warm welcome and good service. Reasonable prices on a lovely choice of homemade food. Would highly recommend.
