if you want to wine and dine in a great atmosphere, enjoy great food then this is the place to go. I've been 3 times and each time has been fantastic. My friends husband wasn't looking forward to our night out at all...at the end of the night he said it was one of the best places he had ever been to, he thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the restaurant.

This restaurant never ceases to impress me and can now boast the amazing achievement of having impressed my picky husband. He made short work of the yakitori followed by the sirloin of beef and greatly enjoyed the antics of the chef, who manages to make you feel like you're not waiting for your food as he cooks it in front of you. My vegetable tempura was perfect as always, as was my fillet of lamb, and the plum wine was superb. Will continue to visit regularly.

This was a first visit to Wasabi Teppanyaki. I was really impressed. The food was lovely, cooked in front of you by entertaining (if rather noisy) chefs. We chose the early bird menu (available 6-7.30pm) for £18. We thought you had to choose from the menu - but you got the whole menu (apart from sweets where you did choose). Total bill for 2 £70 including wine. Only gripe was that we felt a little rushed as the area was needed for the next guests, so we were moved to another table for the sweet. Other than that was great. I would recommend this place and eat there again myself.

hi i visited your restaurant a week last sat. with a group of girl friends and enjoyed it so much i cannot stop talking about it. I COULDNT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT SO MUCH SO WE ARE HAVING OUR XMAS DO WITH YOU ON THE 15TH OF DEC CANNOT WAIT . I had never had Japanese food before and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere at the restaurant was great and the staff were really friendly and made you feel really welcome. The chef was really funny and put on a great show. Great food, great atmosphere and loadsa fun!

I really enjoyed the food here and thought that the cost was not that expensive with regards to another Teppanyaki restaurant in Leeds. I would definitely recommend it to another.

Absolutely fantastic. I had never had Japanese food before but I will definitely be coming back. The chefs provide great entertainment and the food was delicious - I particularly enjoyed the tempura and the prawns. Highly recommended.
