We went for dinner here last week and quite frankly had one of the best meals we have had in Cornwall for some time. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys fine food.

I have stayed for pleasure at the Wellington Hotel a number of times over the last year and ALWAYS eat in Waterloo Restaurant.
On every occasion the meal has been amongst the best that I have ever had.
Service is friendly and professional without being overwhelming. Staff, including Scottie and his chefs, are always willing to chat about the food with you.
Menus are varied, but always make the best of LOCAL produce, with anything, such as the bread varieties and puddings, that CAN be made in the kitchen actually BEING made there!
I now await my next visit with anticipation.
