Myself and partner visited yesterday and received the most appalling ignorant service. When we arrived we waited to be seated as instructed by a sign and waited and waited while the one female waiting staff just continued to ignore us, not even an acknowledgement. We decided to seat ourselves and a further 15 minutes passed whilst the waitress walked by our table a few times again being just ignored. There were only a few tables in and it would be difficult not to see new customers. Three other customers came in and after a while were greeted with a grunt by the same waitress and told to find their own table. We then just got up and left and went to another eatery round the corner. We will not be going there again. We both live in Blackpool and our friends have also commented on how poor the service is there when they gave been. Thumbs definitely down for this venue.

we stayed in blackpool for a weekend with the farmers convention at the arena centre in town and were told to go there for something to eat- wasn't what we were expecting and although kinda quiet we wouldn't rush back.
food average to poor and not that warm, service poor to middling and atmosphere lacking everywhere- not sure how they call it American wasn't a lot to do with the good old USA in the place.
were disappointed by it but the pub down the road had great beer so that made up for it!

I visited with my family this week and was amazed just how busy it was for a Monday in January, always a good sign! The food was excellent and the service really friendly and efficient. I would recommend it.

I always like going here as you can eat and drink and look down on to the streets below in nice surroundings and for a good price. The service can be a bit erratic especially on Saturdays when we have had to wait quite some time to have our order taken, when its busy there's simply not enough staff.

We found this place by accident and weren't quite sure what to expect as you have to go upstairs. However we were really pleased that we went up. It is a very friendly place, relaxed and serves good food.
We were with our young children and they really liked it. I would strongly recommend it.

AFTER EATING TWICE IN CLEVELYS BRANCH I WAS ABSOLOUTELY APPALLED AFTER HAVING COMPLAINED TWICE ABOUT THE FOOD. FIRST TIME MISTAKE WAS ATROCIOUS- THE STEAK WAS RAW YET THE DESERT WAS FANTASTIC AND THE SECOND TIME RETURNED WITH MY CHILDREN. I ORDERED 5 CHOCOLATE BORWINIES, MY DESERT HAD DATES IN IT. OBVIOUSLY STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING, AFTER COMPLAINING WE WERE TOLD TO SHUT UP AND IT WAS CHOCOLATE BROWNIE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE WEEK BEFORE. ON LEAVING, I WAS GLARED AT BY THE CHEF AND WAS MADE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN
WE WERE DISGUSTED!!!!!
IT WAS ABSOLOUTELY APPALLING,

I went for my birthday this year, and the service, menu and the atmosphere in the place was all very comfortable and welcoming, with plenty of choice in foods.
The staff make you feel very welcome, and they set all my birthday celebrations off to a tee, lovely place.

We went for lunch for my Daughters Birthday and they decorated the table with balloons which was a nice touch. We wanted lasagna but they had run out so we choose from the burger menu. How could you spoil burger and chips! The burgers were burnt to a crisp but disguised with cheese and the frozen chips were so overdone they were hard. Sorry but this was very disappointing, the only bonus was that we didn't pay for my daughters meal as on your birthday you get your main meal FREE, I would of rather of paid for it and of been a good meal. Sorry but wont be going again.
