Its a disgusting place. Looks nice from the outside... what awaits you on the inside is nothing but. Cutlery is dirty, tables are sticky. The food is hours old, cold despite so called 'hot plates' they should change to cold plates. The staff are unsociable, unhelpful and generally stand around doing nothing. So if you like mass produced food then go to wokmania or save your money as i wish i had of

Wonderful place. I was there 3 times for the last month. Excellent place for corporate parties. The food tastes as Chinese one should do, unlike other Chinese buffets.

Four of us had passed this restaurant on numerous occasions and we decided to call in on Saturday at 1725hrs. One of the party was in a wheel chair, I say that so the owners/manager may remember us. We were shown to a table, ordered drinks and we asked the waitress how the buffet worked and what was the price, £6.90 plus drinks, help your self and eat as much as you like, was the answer. We had our meals some of the dishes were OK others such as the sweet and sour chicken & chicken in sweet chili sauce was not good, the chicken was hard and the batter very hard, not even chewable. The temperature of the food left a lot to be desired, possibly and EHO issue. When we came to pay the bill we were told the price was £11.90, it was the same waitress and she denied what she original said. We arugued and the bill was reduced by 20%. After we returned home two of the party were actually sick and a third felt sick for some time. At £6.90 the cost is OK, at £11.90 the cost is expensive. The whole event was not a good experience and we shall think long and hard before going to such a restaurant again.

The atmosphere at Wokmania was outstanding and the food was great nearly as good as my mums food but better then the grease fast food im going to spend happy memories to come in the near future

it was after long that I had a taste of oriental food, I have lived in the far east for over three years, and I must say wok mania has come very close to give us the closest taste of the orient...will be going there again soon

A very enjoyable evening. Friendly and helpful staff and wide selection of good food. Much improved since recent take-over of new management. Will definitely be going again!

Wokmania is very impressive! I've ate there 4 times now but shall be eating there many times to come in the near future. I used to eat at the Big Wok when i fancied a buffet while shopping but it looks like a school canteen where as at Wokmania the decor is lovely with plasma screens and even though you're not paying much the food isn't greasy and you can feel relaxed. The staff don't make you pay at the door either children are welcome and pop is bottomless for only £2. Also calling all chocolate lovers they have a chocolate fountain for the evening buffet!!!

I think Wokmania is very impressive. Not only is it really good food, but at only £5 for a huge buffet meal, its a bargain. Yes some of you may moan that the food isnt as good as some buffets, but compared to some other buffet lunches for under £10, Wokmania is outstanding. Differently go there for a cheap lunch, or for the start of a good night out. 10/10

Went for a meal, not knowing what to expect. buffet's can sometimes be more like a canteen. wok mania is beautiful, the decor really fits in. and the food was surprisingly good. You?e got to order duck at the table, but it meant that it wasn't dried from the heat lamps. a great night all round and i will be going there all the time.
