I visited the restaurant on Sunday 11th March and was disappointed by the buffet and customer service… I have emailed them and been completely ignored.
I had visited the restaurant once before with a friend and found the
food delicious, the service slightly lacking but the quality of food
made up for it. I decided to take someone else to the buffet on Sunday
(despite there being other Chinese restaurants open much closer to my
home). On arrival the waitress that greeted us looked moody and pointed
us in the direction of a table before vanishing. We waited at least 5
minutes before anyone offered us a drink, which then took a further 15
minutes to arrive (A small glass of orange juice and a small glass of
coke should not take that long to pour with that many staff around.)
We went over to the buffet table, with no staff nearby, and picked up
plates ready to serve ourselves the Aromatic Crispy Pork…. a Waitress
hurried over and rudely pushed aside so that she could serve us instead.
(This waitress looked very grumpy whilst serving us and when walking
around the restaurant. I have waitressing experience myself and believe
that no matter how you feel you should try to be friendly and happy
towards customers). When serving the rest of the food for ourselves we
were unsure as to what each dish was or contained (labels would have
been useful like many other buffets have).
I assured my companion that the quality of food would make up for the
rude staff and our difficultly at identifying every dish. However, the
food was cold (even dishes that were kept under hot lamps). We both left
the restaurant feeling highly disappointed by the meal and regretted not
visiting a more local restaurant.
My advice to anyone reading this is to avoid the Sunday buffet. The previous meal I had was good but unless you are Chinese the staff will be rather rude to you!

Walk in greeted by warm friendly staff made me and my wife feel welcome, the food was fantastic didn't have to wait long for the food, all round the place was great.
