I made a reservation for 2 people to visit the Whitchurch branch of Zio Pin on a Friday night. On arrival we were "greeted" by a miserable girl at the bar who couldn't find our booking and looked like she'd rather be elsewhere. Her boss came over and said "it's not there, nothing I can do." Eventually he finds he's booked it in for the Saturday night. We would have accepted an apology but he wasn't at all sorry and didn't offer to make amends.
I will not be returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it due to the rude attitude of the staff.
