My husband and I went for lunch yesterday - one of numerous visits we've made over many years. As always, it was a real treat. The food was delicious (presentation is second to none) and the service attentive and efficient but not intrusive. Table settings are beautifully arranged with crisp linen and sparkling crockery/glassware. The building itself is very impressive as you ride up the sweeping driveway and doesn't disappoint when you enter the large, imposing building. My only negative comment (and it's only my personal opinion) would be that the atmosphere was more intimate in Nutter's old premises which were further up Edenfield Road but, with quality like this, it was inevitable that Andrew Nutter would have to move to bigger premises to keep up with demand. You're missing a wonderful, gastronomic experience if you don't venture to Nutter's Restaurant.
