Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeThe staff were warm and friendly. The food eas delicious and reasonably priced for what we ordered. The atmosphere was relaxed. The service was prompt and attentive. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeThe quality and freshness of the produce is simply outstanding at Café Fish. We had smoked salmon as a starter, which tasted simply heavenly, and oysters as if they came straight from the sea onto the plate, with a Bloody Mary dressing that was surprising for me, but absolutely perfect in terms of flavour, and a dark chocolate mousse with raspberries to finish. The service was very friendly and attentive. The interior is kept simple. The restaurant was noisy because it was full, which is not surprising given the quality of the food served.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeBest restaurant on Mull. Period.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeThe ambience and meal were just perfect.
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingCafe Fish is awesome, the freshest seafood and always buzzing. We love it. It is a shame they only take cash, but you just need to plan for that!

Crumb – DumfriesWe had a fabulous meal, langoustines and scallops, they were so fresh and tasted so good. langoustines were huge we shared a large plate. Scallop dish superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they did not rush us and we had a very relaxed meal overlooking the harbour. Excellent value for an amazing meal. Wish you were in Devon.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeA lovely restaurant serving amazing fresh sea food with view to die for and a very friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious food across the board and a great wine list - all for very fair prices. Great atmosphere and a real highlight of our trip to Scotland I have to say.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeService was excellent, we were recommended the Kuala Lumpur Fried chicken and it was amazing. There were also a wide variety of Gluten free options available. We will definitely be back!

Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeGreat meal and atmosphere -highly recommend!!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeWe wound our way up the steps and were greeted warmly by the team at Cafe Fish, who were singing in harmony to their 80’s sound track. The specials board is amazing, the food superb and the service knowledgeable and friendly.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeI live about a 5 minute walk from The Golden Lion.It has become my favourite " go to " restaurant when I have friends/family to treat. The appearance from the outside of the hotel sets the scene. The building has existed for many, many years and has a very atmospheric feel to it.... both from the outside and inside. The dining room is impressive both in appearance and decor.all of the foregoing would be meaningless if it was not for the quality of both the staff, and most importantly the quality of the food.the steak Pie is awesome and try as hard as I can I really have to struggle to miss it out.Same can be said for the chicken dish with pepper sauce. Both the starters and Sweet menu is equally impressive!! The quality of the food is very much complimented by the quality of the staff.Although almost always busy rushing about doing their job, they always have time for a cheery word and a bit of banter which rounds off the eating experience and makes you feel good both in the stomach a d mind ensuring you always leave with with a smile on your face and a feeling of contentment in your head.Already looking forward to my next visit!!
