The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingHad lovely meal with friends lovely surroundings. The waiting staff needing a bit more training in my opinion. The wine bucket was literally dumped on the table with the glasses inside never experienced this in my life. Felt we were being ignored when wanting anything. Had to ask several times for water as I drink a lot when we asked for more this wasn’t brought to us. They are just mainly school kids serving so as I said maybe a bit more training. I would return as lovely place and did enjoy the food.
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingFirst time trying the cafe after seeing it recommended on a local group. We both had the pancakes (mine were vegan) and they were excellent. Would highly recommend.
Cafe Neuk – AberdeenWe had excellent 2 course meal here last Thursday. Food was excellent and service was friendly and very attentive. It was very good value for money and everyone in the party had agree it had been the best meal that we had enjoyed out for some time. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very child friendly. Top marks, we will be back.
Crumb – DumfriesWhat a gem Cafe Fish is! The freshest produce cooked simply and perfectly and efficiently served up with minimum fuss. Absolute must if you are visiting Mull.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeThe restaurant is very small but has nice views over the harbour. The service was good and quick. We had their specialty sea food platter and was a fairly big portion. All dishes were fresh and very tasty. Would recommend.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeWent here on Friday night for a meal with my husband, food was superb , service was great and staff are really efficient and friendly, we loved it and will definitely be back .
Crumb – DumfriesDelicious seafood and flavourings. Servers were excellent and friendly but service slowed down once the restaurant got a bit busier. I was a little forgotten about once I had asked for the bill. But otherwise a delicious meal with fantastic view.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeFabulous! Lobster Thermidor, so, so good. Best meal all week.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeAbsolutely fantastic gem of a place: wide variety of the freshest fish you will ever have, beautifully cooked. Cosy, friendly and well worth booking: takes cash only, so do remember to get some out!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeNice meal pleasant surroundings relaxing. Attentive staff. Would recommend.
Ravelston House – EdinburghThe starters and main courses were really good. We loved it. But the dessert was awful. The Belgian waffle was a pre packaged waffle (you know, the hard one with big lumps of sugar in it) with some Nutella on top. I mean, cooking a waffle is the easiest thing on earth. Either you make it, or you don't put it on your menu. It was a 20 cents industrial turd. This is absolutely a no way
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeThe food was absolutely fabulous, the best restsurant meal I have had in a long time. Nice view over the harbour, too. Service was mixed -- one waiter was fantastic, a waitress was somewhat terse and forgetful.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and Bute5 star all the way, food choices and food was exceptional
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeWhat a lovely find! Super cute interior decor, a lovely place to meet friends. Menu choices were great. Food was faultless, as was the service. Prices were extremely reasonable. Will be back!
Cafe Neuk – AberdeenHad a really lovely meal here - staff were friendly, food was delicious and the place had a really nice informal seaside “cafe” feel with views that are simply gorgeous!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButePleasant staff, food hot and delicious no rushing to get you out
