What a lovely place. Delicious food, lovely decor, nice buzzy atmosphere. Fabulous view across the harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Speedy service (almost too speedy). Pricey but great spot for a special occasion.

Had arranged a baby sitter and so had multiple friends, received a phone call to confirm my booking and take a deposit for the booking due to the size of the table to be asked multiple times to change the time of my booking due to them being ‘very busy’ with it being a Saturday evening. I refused due to the baby sitters already been arranged. When we arrived downstairs was busy but upstairs there was no one else but us. Another large party arrived around half hour later. We was sort of left to our own devices in the corner and the other table seemed to get quicker service (potentially cause they were drinking more than us) Food was nice but downside was one of our party having to wait 20 extra minutes for her pizza (the most simplest meal out of the whole order). Would potentially try again but definitely not as a large party who don’t tend to drink alot due to feeling we was sort of ignored due to the other large party.
Cafe Neuk – AberdeenMy partner and I had a great meal at Cafe Fish on 24th September, the restaurant was understandably busy but the team were courteous and attentive to both people who had booked and "walk-ins" who were ultimately declined a table. Our meal was hot and very tasty and we both had food envy when we saw all the fantastic selection of fresh seafood being taken to the tables around us. Well done to both front and back of house staff - the best seafood meal of our two week tour of Western Scotland. Keep up the good work !! Ravelston House – EdinburghThis was my first time booking for a light lunch. I was there with 2 family members and although the food was tasty, we waited a an hour to be served with the food (toasties and Wraps). To be honest there was a wedding on, but that should not have affected the other paying customers. We were just about to walk out and go somewhere else, when they arrived. The server was apologetic and very friendly. May reconsider visiting again.
