Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeBooked this on its reputation and it lived up to its reputation 100%. Great seafood well cooked with stunning views across Tobermory bay to add a further dimension. Need to visit the cash machine beforehand as they are only accepting cash this season. Will definitely be coming back to Mull and revisiting here is a must.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeFirst meal back at crumb tonight 5/5/24 since reopening. Can only say the meal was delicious, wine excellent and the decor in the restaurant is beautiful, I wish you all the very best and will definitely be back 100%
Crumb – DumfriesWhat a great place, first time in the restuarant and definatley wont be the last. Food was fantastic, came out at a GREAT pace, not to fast and not to quick. The atmopsphere was really good, Cocktails were the best ive had in a while.
Steak and Cherry – GlasgowWe had a fantastic meal, great views, friendly staff and owner, lively atmosphere - thoroughly recommend!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeReally disappointed in the duck. The second piece was undercooked and more raw that rare. Although other were asked how meal was unfortunately I wasn’t.
Ravelston House – EdinburghWent for dinner, food was lovely, staff could not be nicer - even suggested after our dinner to go sit in the heated outside room which has blankets too. We were there when a wedding was taking place and thought maybe this was a mistake booking it but nope was never bothered by the wedding the service was as I said very good. Will definitely be back.
Ravelston House – EdinburghThe food was very nice and good value for the price. Our waiter was both knowledgeable and helpful when it came to menu options. The restaurant is only a five minute walk from the Theatre Royal. Would definately recommend The Steak and Cherry.
Steak and Cherry – GlasgowThe food at Cafe Fish was amazing and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere. It was a fantastic experience towards the end of our holiday. For anyone planning visit it’s worth knowing that you will need to take cash with you as cards are not accepted.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeExceptional Seafood! A must if you are visiting Tobermory or if you are staying anywhere else on Isle of MULL it's worth the trip here. I highly recommend the warm food platter, amazing selection of local produce. A big plus also how it is served with the claws and all the seafood cracked to allow easy eating. All the staff is very attentive and smiling also in the crack of a busy time. Booking is required so plan ahead!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeFabulous! Amazing food, great service friendly staff. One of the highlights of our trip to Mull. We will be back
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeWe had an amazing experience here!! It was my favorite meal of the trip. We shared a plate of the oysters, and I had the grilled halibut. It was so delicious! We also shared the chocolate pot dessert. The staff were so kind as well. I can’t eat gluten and had so many choices here!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeWhat a gem of a restaurant! Small, unpretentious, deserving of high praise. Fish is done to perfection! Wine selection more than adequate and delicious. I only wish we had a Cafe Fish in our city in California! Thank you for a most memorable meal!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeVery good variety of fish food. Excellent quality. Highly recommended
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeExcellent food & service was great
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingBooked last minute after spending the day at Stirling Castle and The Wallace Monument and in dire need of sustenance. The Cronies restaurant was a very pleasant surprise; traditional and elegant, without being formal or overbearing. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive and we were made to feel at ease from the get go. Menu wise, there was a big enough selection for almost any taste without being bewildering. Both our meals were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious - so much so that we opted to share a pudding (even though we were both full and don't normally do desert!) A must visit if you are in Stirling.
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingMy husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The fish was so fresh and prepared so well, it was the best meal we have had so far on our trip to Scotland. Our server, I think his name was Scott, was excellent. He was able to explain a few terms we were not familiar with, and help us with the wine menu too. I would whole heartedly recommend Cafe Fish if you are in Tobermory.
