Consistently good! Been several times and the food is excellent and very good value for money. Just one tip I would give is to have a drinks menu so you know what’a available. Great service and very friendly staff.

The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyExcellent Sunday Lunch as usual, cannot fault The Tilley Raven. On the dessert menu it would be good to see a cheeseboard.
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyI visited the Bull last night and had a really lovely meal. I will definitely be back in the future
The Bull – Shrewsburyamazing roast dinner , amazing service 5/5, cant wait to come back.
The Bull – ShrewsburyHad an excellent Sunday lunch with the family for my uncles 90th birthday. Great quality food, beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Highly recommend
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyLovely staff, service was a little slow but the food was most definitely worth waiting for. Would highly recommend!
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyWe liked the decor and atmosphere of the pub which was welcoming. Front of house staff were friendly and attentive. The whole experience was unfortunately marred by the fact we had to wait 1.5 hrs for our food to be served. Due to the fact we had cycled we had to rush down the food and leave before it got dark.
The Bull – ShrewsburyWe were pleasantly surprised when we turned up to find a tastefully modernised eating area at the back of a traditional pub way out in the countryside. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere pleasant & the food very good but reasonably priced. I’d recommend you try it.
The Bull – ShrewsburyI visited here with my mom for Sunday lunch where we both opted for two courses. As someone who is gluten free, the menu was clearly marked which is important. The food itself was fantastic, I never clear my plate, but it was hard to leave anything. My only criticism would be, there are no gluten free Yorkshire puddings. The service from the staff was outstanding They were very polite and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I have no problem in recommending The Bill and I will definitely be going back
The Bull – Shrewsburyvery good evening at the bull, were unaware of the greek night happening however we thoroughly enjoyed the food, we frequent greece and it would of done any eatery there proud. smashing plates and great staff added to the experience. will be back, and we will keep more of an eye out for future events.
The Bull – ShrewsburyHave always had a good meal in the past but went to the Greek themed evening last night. Staff were faultless very attentive and friendly could not fault them, however the starter after a lengthy wait was like warm but edible. Hoping for a better main but again after a wait it arrived like warm. My husband had the beef stifado 2/3rds of the meat was inedible chewy. Too many pickled onions spoiled the dish. My dish lamb kleftiko was a small minted lamb dinner roast garlic potatoes were not cooked through, I know I shouldn’t have expected a lot for the price but it should have been edible. We did complain but were only given “oh well it comes like that sometimes “ ?? It was only because we liked the guys serving we didn’t make a stand, we thought it wasn’t worth the upset. Such a shame though.
The Bull – ShrewsburyGood food well presented and severed by friendly staff, busy night with happy customers enjoying a Friday night out with friends and family just what a good pub should be !
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyBeautiful food, best food around Wem. Great service too, left happy.
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyHave been going to the Bull to dine ever since we moved into the local area (Upton Magna). It has a super family friendly restaurant with great staff and food too. Whenever time pushes us to miss a Sunday dinner at home we always end up at the Bull (if there's room).
The Bull – ShrewsburyGreat food and service as always, never fail to deliver 10/10
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyHad a lovely meal at the Bull on Wednesday night, it was a last minute decision but very glad that we did. The meal was extremely good in both quality and value. We will return for another meal very soon l.
