Really lovely food. We visited during a busy Sunday lunch time and the service was amazing, the young lady couldn’t do enough for us. Looking forward to a return visit

Really lovely food. We visited during a busy Sunday lunch time and the service was amazing, the young lady couldn’t do enough for us. Looking forward to a return visit
The Smokey Cow – TelfordEnjoyed but food wasn’t as warm as it could have been
The Bull – ShrewsburyWe regularly come for Sunday lunch. Staff are always fantastic, especially with my kids. We went for Sunday lunch, food was lovely. My husband's pork wasn't the best but everything else was fine. Staff regularly came to our table asking if everything was ok. Definitely will come back.
The Malthouse – TelfordWe live in Somerset but go home to visit family in Shropshire. Third time we've eaten at The Swan in Ironbridge. Always excellent food, great service and brilliant value for money. Will definitely visit there again.
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordService was excellent, food not up to the standard it has been on previous visits. Food took a lot longer than usual, the waiter did keep checking if we needed drinks etc and gave us complimentary nuts while we waited. Not sure on what was happening yesterday but it was not at its usual standard? and as a result may not be returning.
The Bull – ShrewsburyExcellent food and very good staff ..The Restaurant was clean and today and a good feel about it..Food was a very good standard and very reasonably Priced.. Definitely would recommend.
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyAmazing food!!! 10/10 service. Highly recommend!!
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordService was very slow, didn’t have lots of the items on the menu available, one starter was missed off and came out 10 minutes after everyone else finished their starters, mains were over cooked and poor quality and very expensive for what it it was, we would never return.
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordSuperb evening, great menu. We visited with friends and all enjoyed. Service was great food came out in good time and drinks were kept flowing. The food was excellent, duck and lamb mains really good. Salmon gravalax starter could have done with some fresh bread to accompany but apart from that no complaints.
The White Hart – IronbridgeWe visited the Tilley Raven on Tuesday (a party of four). It was an early booking, 6.30, and as expected it was very quiet. However, lovely surroundings, excellent food, drinks and service. We will certainly be visiting again as it is not far from where we live. Thanks Millie!
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyFood was shocking ! Chicken for my Daughter came out raw and the dinner for my wife was cold ! My steak was burnt and they constantly came back asking what we had ordered for desert ! And they messed the drinks order up too ! Won’t be going back in a hurry
The Malthouse – TelfordFood wasn’t too bad. Burger meat looked and tasted processed. So little disappointed by that. Kids chicken nuggets looked great with real meat. Service was slow and had to chase staff up a few times for things. I’d go back to try some other items on the menu though
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordAbsolutely amazing!!! Took the Mums for Mothers Day lunch. Food was awesome, service was brilliant and Chloe our waitress was so helpful. Loves this place and will return. Thank you !!
The White Hart – IronbridgeExcellent atmosphere and great friendly service, food was delicious
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordA mixed bag some good things some not so good. To begin with they had lost our booking and given our table to someone else, but in fairness to the manager she quickly sorted that. The table next to us had 2 large dogs who were barking constantly, not a fan of allowing dogs into restaurants but definitely not on Mothers day. The drinks service was ok, although was charged £8.60 for a G+T, should have queried it don't like the practise of automatically charging for doubles when it isnt requested. The sunday roasts were decent , (no crackling with my pork though), excellent portions, although weren't overly hot and think gravy should be served separately. I like lots my mother doesnt like much and both were swimming in it. That was fine for me not her. Also a 40 minute wait for food from time we ordered is too long when we were all having Sunday roasts. The whole thing seemed very chaotic, I dont think the staff were particularly efficient although i would exclude the manager/landlady from that, shes very good. Would I go back ? yes possibly because the place has potential but they need to improve certain things that are easy to improve.
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyFood and matching wines were brilliant. We missed the waiters explaining the individual courses and wines. We had to refer to the one menu on the table each time.
The White Hart – IronbridgeVisited for a Mother's Day dinner. Absolutely outstanding. Great venue with exceptional service. The food was presented in exquisite fashion and tasted as good as it looked. Thanks for providing a fine experience for the mummy on our table.
The White Hart – IronbridgeWas a little disappointed. Steak was cooked medium rare as requested but...it was very, very chewy. Also my wife's pork belly was a small portion, hardly any meat , there was more cracking and fat than actual meat.
