Chicken Cesar salad The worst one I have ever had No Parmesan only 2 anchovies Didn’t really enjoy chicken on the bone with a chunky piece next to it . The bacon slices were very had think it was pre bought Never had a Cesar salad prepared like this before . It would if only took a few minutes to take of the bone

Underwhelming to say the least. Venue is lovely, staff are great. However, there was literally no one in when we arrived and the starters took forever - when they did arrive the southern fried chicken was on the coups of being burnt. The steak was tough, regardless of being served medium rare, the sauce that came with it, well I’ve seen thicker water and the brisket was the wavier thin and still the fattiest bit of brisket that I’ve ever seen. Depsite how much food was left, we were only asked if we’d like it ‘boxed up’ not if everything was okay. It was also extremely quiet, but I guess the above explains why.

Had an evening meal here. Was told there would be an hour wait for food but decided to wait anyway. Was surprised that once the order was taken for the food it only took just over 30 mins before it arrived at the table Had the pork belly and mash, beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent meal and the service was attentive

Disappointed. Only one vegan option on the menu (I had asked for vegan when I booked). One of our party had the fish and chips; the battered fish looked huge but had very little fish meat on it. We had been walking all day and had our rucksacks and walking poles with us. We had stowed them out of the way and yet were instructed to move our gear twice for no reason. A delightful young man served us, and the food did come quickly.

Lovely restaurant, brilliant food, atmosphere was great. The live music finished the night off perfectly and my parents loved it! Brilliant staff, very polite and quick at getting anything we asked for. Definitely go back!

Food was lovely when it came. Quite expensive for a basic double cheeseburger and fries. Seem to be quite a long wait which we didn't expect as it was mainly drinks being ordered from what we could see around us. However not a lot left on the menu as they didn't expect it to be as busy. So couldn't have any roast dinners which is why we booked this in the first place as my parents came to visit for the weekend and love Ironbridge. The volume of the music was very loud and sometimes was hard to hear my parents

Had a gorgeous Sunday lunch, would highly recommend!

A lovely evening, with a warm atmosphere and excellent staff. The fish (sea bream and salmon) and steak were all first class. The vegetarian meal needed a little more range - only cheesy mushroom risotto for main and either cheesy soup or mushrooms to start made it repetitious but still tasty. Family score overall 19/20, highly recommended, many thanks.

Beautiful food, I had the duck and my husband had the pork belly. The service was brilliant, all staff welcoming and prompt. Definitely recommend The White Hart. Thank you.

Not very impressed! Outside was incredibly noisy. Had booked table inside and were led through the rowdy crowds to a dimly-lit back room. Having used our phone torches to read the menu, we ordered from a pleasant young lady. Unfortunately, the food was then taken to the wrong table, then back to the kitchen before being brought back out to us. I'd ordered fish and there was what can only be described as a 'smear' of tartar sauce on the plate. We were asked if we wanted any sauces so I requested some extra tartar. 15 mins then passed before waitress came back to tell me they'd run out of tartar! In their favour however, the food was good. In the meantime, all the (dim) lights had gone out and a member of staff called out not to panic as they had a live wire and were trying to fix them! We sat on in darkness (phone torches out again!) until lights flickered back on in our room but not in the adjoining dining area. While this was going on yet another meal was delivered to the wrong table and put in front of someone. Eventually, this mistake was realised and waitress removed it and served it to the right person. Not really what you expect during a pandemic! I'd have thought the fewer people that breathed on the meal, the better! Anyway, we beat a retreat as soon as possible. Lights still hadn't come back on in adjoining dining area even half an hour later. Will not be returning!

Yesterday we came for lunch with some family so a table of 4 at 1pm, the lamb shank meal was divine very moist a few more carrots would have been good is my only pick with this meal and the offer of gravy perhaps especially as at £19 it was one of the expensive meals on offer. The 3 other meals were great! The sticky toffee was a lovely pudding as was the choc orange tart and sorbet. Service wasn't bad, but we had to ask for someone to bring more drinks and a pudding menu.

Amazing starters but disappointed with the main - full rack of ribs. Little to no meat on them, purely fat and cartilage. Gutted as had been recommended them. Don’t think we’ll be returning.

We went with a large party , the food was very nice even though alittle expensive . The service was adequate considering how busy they were. The only thing that I can complain about that was there were alot of people in a small area with no ventilation so it got hot and stuffy in there quite quickly .

Starter (garlic mushrooms / whitebait) was ok. Main meal - no steak and ale pie or hand cut chips, so ordered gammon and then steak with sweet potato fries. The gammon was ok, the steak was excellently cooked and the best part of the meal but was ruined due to burnt sweet potato fries. Really disappointed so skipped dessert and got something on the way home!

Fantastic food and wonderful live music on the Saturday we attended. Portions were really generous and service was great, will definitely be going back!
