Nice location, new menu however and waitresses didn’t know the menu. Ordered Lamb Tacos but got given open Fajitas for some reason and no explanation. The puddings were nice. Good size serving of fries.

The Elephant Crossing – IronbridgeIf you sit downstairs there is a constant doorbell which tells staff upstairs to come collect food. Which is loud and annoying. We experienced the busy time and it showed with the staff becoming overwhelmed really quickly and waited a long time for food. Our experience wasn’t great and the food was mediocre. Nothing special.
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordExcellent meal good service would definitely recommend to those visiting Ironbridge
The White Hart – IronbridgeWould definitely recommend warm welcome, friendly staff, food amazing! Will visit again and such good value for money!
The Malthouse – TelfordNipped out to try Tilley Raven on Tuesday evening. It was really quite (as expected on a Tuesday) but place felt warm and cosy and the service was exceptional. No feeble attempt just because we were the only diners on arrival which was really appreciated. Our server was pleasent and went the extra mile. The chef (who we later found out was the trainee) made some wonderful food for us to the point we assumed he was the main chef (we'll be back to try his food). The only odd bit was the desert. My chocolate tart was served warm (so the chocolate melted) and my daughters sundae was actually two scoops of ice cream in a bowl... still, both tasted lovely. Would recommend going here if you're fairly local. We drove over from Dudleston. Good to know we have another nice pub within an easy drive.
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyWas really disappointed got there wasn’t told there would be a wait had to wait 1 hour 30 mins then food wasn’t the best won’t be visiting again
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordVery Nice Food Lovely place Nice service
The Malthouse – TelfordI visited here on Saturday 22 June with my Mum whilst staying in Ironbridge for a couple of days. We both had the korean chicken off the small plates menu and it was delicious! The portion sizes were perfect for us. The cheesecake was very tasteful. Attentive manager who looked after us. The atmosphere and service were really good. If I lived nearer I would visit more often.
Water Rat – IronbridgeVery good food and plenty of choice. Service was a bit slow towards the end of the meal - deserts, coffee etc. That being said the staff were very friendly and cheerful
The Queens Head – OswestryHad a lovely evening meal here, with our dog. Some imaginative items on the menu, cooked to perfection. We particularly liked that our conversation wasn't interrupted to be asked 'is everything all right with your meal?'. It was the tasting menu evening so the staff were busy, and we were ordering from the standard menu but were well looked after. Nice informal atmosphere.
The White Hart – Ironbridgelovely food and a very nice experience Thankyou
The Queens Head – OswestryAn excellent meal. Started with artisan breads and sticky pigs, followed by steak and ale pie and pork tenderloin. Both were cooked to perfection and served well. The pie must have been superb as my wife does not order pies and thoroughly enjoyed her meal polishing off the lot. The pork tenderloin was served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal veg and was delicious and tender. The apple gel was sharp and cut through the rich flavours perfectly. Many thanks, we’ll definitely be back to visit.
The Malthouse – TelfordEverything was excellent from greeting on arrival till leaving with a smile
The Queens Head – OswestryAmazing food and atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and food orders were taken promptly and on the table in good time. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the presentation was very appealing on the eye. Would definitely look to come back.
The White Hart – IronbridgeWent for a Sunday roast, amazing food and service!
The Queens Head – OswestryFamily dinner for father's day. Excellent service, excellent food.
The Smokey Cow – TelfordBooked a table for Father’s Day for my husband, me and our two young children. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Theres so much on the menu it was hard to choose, we ended up having roast dinners. Best roast dinner I’ve had a long time, loads of meat with huge Yorkshire puddings and the dauphinoise potatoes were amazing. Everything tasted like it was cooked from scratch. The kids had a burger (slightly too herby for my very fussy son) and chicken dippers which were homemade. We’ll definitely go back.
The Queens Head – OswestryBooked a table for four on line which is so easy & convenient. Meal was excellent, food was fresh & well presented. Service as always excellent. We sat in the conservatory which was lovely. Staff very friendly and we shall be returning
