lovely food and very friendly and helpful waiter. We booked in advance and when we arrived upstairs was empty. Little did we know there was a downstairs - which was full - and a great terrace overlooking river which I'm sure would be wonderful on a fine summers evening. Only criticism was that some of the batter had lumps of flour in - we didn’t raise this as we had come to the end of the meal and everything else was perfect, I’m sure it would have been rectified had we have raised it.
