Dont have the pasta. Congealed mess and over cooked. Waste of money.
Went to the Greek Flame for my birthday last weekend. We have been here a few times. Stefano was very welcoming , my husband and I had Kleftico which was superb and a very generous sized portion, I told Stefano that the last time I had kleftico was in Cyprus and he said his was better (defineley right there!!) Drinks and wine are reasonably priced. Great ambience with Greek Music in the background. Just like being on holiday(except for the weather)!!!
Greek Flame Taverna – St. Annes-On-SeaLovely meal in the olive tree night! Will be going again.
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaThis used to be a fabulous place. Not now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The food I ordered was poorly described on the new menu which is terrible. Who wants to eat a cold plate of onions!!! The staff treated me awfully the least they could of done was to take the cost of my inedible meal off the bill. Instead they were too interested in defending the new (rubbish) chef. We have been customers for years needless to say we won't be anymore.
Jack’s Restaurant & Bar – St. Annes-On-SeaFirst visit to Imli last night. We arrived at 6pm and it very quickly filled up which is always a good sign. They have a great-value Early Bird selection – plenty of choice and if you’re talking poppadums, starters, curry, rice/naan, coffee and beers at £45 for 3 people you really can’t complain. Friendly staff too.
Imli – St. Annes-On-SeaExcellent, for a Saturday afternoon, called in with the wife, seating no problem and the food mmmmmm loved the atmosphere and the food, will defo be going back x
Margherita – St. Annes-On-SeaCrap, called in with the wife for something to eat and drink, where were the staff? 2 staff on a busy Saturday lunchtime? and the queue to get served ,went to Toast lol x
Trawl Boat Inn – St. Annes-On-SeaValentines meal at Tiggis last night and another delightful meal. The food was great, staff attentive and found out that the restaurant has been open for 35 years. In my opinion this is the best restaurant in St. Annes as the food never disappoints.
Tiggis St Annes – St. Annes-On-SeaGreat place for a family gathering! Love the cakes and sweets! Yummy
The Waters Edge Pub and Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaWonderful Sunday lunch at the Grand today. I really think it's the place on the Fylde!
Cafe Grand – Grand Hotel – St. Annes-On-Sea2 empty plates when we visited on Friday as the food was delicious and washed down by a pleasant Pinot Grigio. Served by the lovely Faye and entertainment by the delightful Tony Benedict. Very nice evening indeed.
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaWent for afternoon tea. Was amazing the hotel is lovely and the restaurant is so nice. Service was excellent had vouchers with deal monster great value. Lovely food the cakes are fabulous. Definitely go back want to try sunday lunch.
Coast Brasserie @ The Glendower Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaI needed some proper food so we came to The Grand. All I can say is wow!
Cafe Grand – Grand Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaThis is the best Indian restaraunt in St. Annes, great menu, and super service.
Bilash Balti – St. Annes-On-SeaExcellent Indian meals at the Bilash. Mr Choudhury is a very good host and the foos and staff are always top notch.
Bilash Balti – St. Annes-On-SeaI ate at Zen a couple of months ago and it was amazing! I had the chicken pad thai and my partner had the Thai green curry as well as us both having a starter platter each. The service was top notch - very friendly, efficient. The restaurant was very clean and portion sizes huge! This is both a good thing and a bad thing though as by the time I got near the end of my pad thai it had started to go cold (that's how much there was!) 10/10 would go to Zen again.
The Zen Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaOh dear! I am not one to complain at a restaurant but my meal this evening was inedible. Onion Bhaji was passable but the rest of the meal we could not eat. We like hot food and opted for Chicken Ceylon Massalla on menu Very Hot. A standard Chicken Korma from another restaurant would of been hotter. We also went for the Pathia, could not eat was like eating sugar from a spoon, so sweet. First time we have eaten here and sorry but never again.
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaNot quite sure what to say about Café on the Pier. It certainly has old school character and caters well to a certain market. Food was pleasant enough. The experience was slightly bizarre and the food slightly over priced. They must be doing something right as it always seems busy.
