Food was lovely at the time however it had been festering for a long time as there were not many customers in. We are both vomiting the next day, yay :( Never again!

Hong Sing – St.HelensWas recommended by a friend who knows my fondness for all things Turkish (well food wise anyway). Fantastic meal (went for £10 special) with superb grilled meats and wonderful accompanments of cous cous and bread to die for. Back here tonight (28th Augusr) where I will be trying a main meal and a starter this time. Best wishes John
The Sheesh Turkish BBQ Restaurant – St.HelensMy Wife and I are regulars at this place. Foods is fantastic, service is never rushed and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Must recommend the seafood linguine and the calves liver.
Caffe Roma – St.HelensThis is my family run buisness, my brother works here. I am always greeted with open arms, and open trousers. i come on all special occasions, but unfortunetly am not offered discounts, as they dont like to make it public that i am of any relation to them. because of my eyebrows. i have them plucked you see, not very well though, the left is always bigger than the right. they also meet in the middle, but lets not get into that. its a trademark. all my facial hair connects, hair to beard to mustache to eyebrows to eyelashes, which is quite the hassle. as for those woodlands down below though, sheesh.
Hong Sing – St.HelensHaving dined at Chans for over 20 years I would say the experience I get everytime is 2nd to none the food is always fresh and taste's fantastic, Charlie and Loi are always very welcoming hosts and go out of their way to help with any needs you have, I do advise that you book your tables especially for the weekend as is does get busy,I look foward to each time I eat out with the wife even more so when its chans.
Mr Chans – St.HelensWent there recently with a friend, Jan 2013. Will not go back, simple food, over priced - well over priced. Service not too bad. Not the same place as it was a couple of years ago...very disappointed as i hadn't been out with my friend for a while, a big let down.
Bottle And Glass – St.HelensHave visited this restaurant on many occasions, and have always been impressed with the quality of the food. There is a nice ambiance, the owner(who is almost always in attendance) and his staff are very attentive and friendly. We are particularly impressed with the way they deal with the special dietary requirements for two of our usual party who are stricken with multiple food allergies. A visit here is always an enjoyable experience.
Mr Chans – St.HelensAll our family use to come here with our mother for many years, sadly in 1994 our mother pasted away, I moved to another country, & in 2007 I returned to England , we now live in Liverpool we where going out for something to eat so we decided to call at the Charcoal , even though it was very sad for me, with my mother being with us ordering her APPLE PIE & CUSTARD it brought a lot of lovely memories back to me , remembering the good times we had & how very special just going for a meal with someone you love is. The meal was EXCELLENT & of course I had apple pie & custard. Now as we are back living in the North West I certainly will bring my children & grandchildren & carry on the great memories, thank you so much for making my night a night I will never forget. The staff are very helpful it is a great place to have a great meal & very good value for money.
The Charcoal Grill – St.HelensFirst visited the restaurant last friday and was welcomed and enjoyed the gorgeous food, even though I was stuffed and left a bit. Decided to take the kids back on the sunday and then tonight we got a takeaway!!! the food is amazing, fresh, tasty and healthy. Staff are really welcoming and attentive. 5 stars!!!
