Armenique Gatley. Fabulous coffee and lovely light lunch of ciabatta sandwich. Excellent! Recommend, or maybe not? Don't want it to get so busy I can't get in!

Armenique – StockportMy wife and I have eaten here since its opened, when ever we eat out anywhere else, we always use Donatello's as the bench mark and not many come near, we love the food, drink and especially Roberto.
Donatello Pizzeria Ristorante – StockportRead about this restaurant 5 weeks ago - researched it and booked immediately - What can one say ? AMAZING - if you do not consider a 2 course lunchtime menu for £7 a head a bargain then you need a brain transplant. Fresh delicious food - great service Lovely People . Have booked XMAS already and a meal before my hubby flies to usa in November 5 STAR *****
Rozafa Taverna – StockportDO NOT EAT HERE. The place has a nice enough ambience but the staff do not observe basic hygiene practises. The food is average and overpriced, and the staff were almost entirely unprofessional.
Armenique – StockportMy sister and I ate at the Plaza in lat May 2011 and it was great. The atmosphere is lovely and since the cinema's restoration you feel like you are back in the 1930's. The meal was really good - lasagna and salad, water, scone and coffee. The price £11.00 each. The chef there is recommended and the waitresses (all kitted out in old fashioned "nippy" uniforms) are ultra friendly. Can't wait to go again.
Plaza Cafe Lounge – StockportTop restaurant, visited for the first time last weekend - cant believe we haven't been here before. Will certainly be recommending to friends and family
Siam Village Restaurant – StockportNot only the best place to eat in Stockport.....but probably the best place in Manchester....(in my opinion)!! This place is so understated....simply a doorway and a flight of stairs leading to a very 70's style retro cafe. One is usually greeted by Tony...(so disappointing when he isn't there)...warm, welcoming and humourous.....(those who aren't sure about his table-side jokes...must be boring old souls, for sure) He's an amazing, quirky guy...adding something very special to the overall atmosphere of the place. The food, needless to say, is simply superb....fresh, flame-grilled, delicious....decidedly healthy....and just perfectly Greek...and as if that isn't enough....it's reasonably priced too! Although I highly recommend Rosafa, at the same time, I feel almost loathed to do so...reason being, I know that once the word is out...folk will be hiking over from Didsbury/Hale and other such far flung places, (on their hunt for hip/cool)... spreading the word and convincing themselves they discovered the place!! (final word?...too cool for words...and..... emmm...I got there first!!!!)
Rozafa Taverna – StockportWe went for my daughters 23rd birthday, 7 adults and a toddler The meal was exceptional. Just a chance mention of her birthday. When we had asked for the bill, they turned lights low, happy birthday being played, and out they came with a gateaux, candle lit. They also gave her a present. Totally unexpected and so very thoughtful. Thank you again for making it such a special night.
Dragon Palace – StockportWe had dinner there on the 25/02/11 it was without doubt one of the best meals i have had in a long time for atmosphere was fantastic the food out of this world the best Kleftiko i have eaten !!!Paul S.
Rozafa Taverna – StockportThey have a great deal every day, 2 meals for £10. The food is good and value for money. In addition they have a specials menu which is always good value and high quality.
The White Horse – StockportOur most favourite dining place. We simply have fallen in love the the place! Food is wonderful, the service attentive and tailored to each customer's need. For us, we like a slow paced dining experience, so we can talk and laugh and put the worlds to rights - so to speak... Yet others (as we have observed) want a dining experience at a more faster pace, and so Sue and the team oblige. Wonderful, just wonderful! As you can tell by our review here, this is our most frequented and loved restaurant. Clara and I just want to thank the Kantipur team for making us feel special... And, appreciated and welcomed. This review is our way of showing you that we are grateful to giving us a place, an Oasis even, to visit for wonderful food, service and atmosphere. We most definitely will be back very soon, Oh and a warm big thank you for the complimentary tasters such as the Fried Fish... WOW!
Kantipur – Stockporti frickin love this place I'm there every night living it up in Spanish town BABY !!!!! the staff are fit they were tight pants and i always get myself free olives WWOOOOOOO go LOS AMIGOS !!!!!
Los Amigos – StockportI have been to the Midway many times. The food is excellent, sensibility priced and the service is first class. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good food and a lovely atmosphere. Vincent Tracey
The Midway – StockportAn unclean establishment run by people who could not spell hygiene let alone practice it. My food was poorly presented, the staff rude, handled their hair, faces & cash without washing their hands before touching the food, coughed over the produce and in general were poorly presented and unclean. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
Armenique – StockportWent to east India with some friends last week for the first time and had a lovely evening. Excellent Indian food very reasonably priced. Quality service provided would highly recommend.
