Black Bull – WakefieldVery good surroundings and a pleasant manner from the Staff. However our last meal here was not upto the normal standard, items missing it looked as though not a lot of thought had gone into the meal preparation and was somewhat rushed with little pride. If you like your steak charcoal Burnt then this is the place to go. We have had some good food here in the past but the meal we had today was not upto scratch, we informed the waitress but we never received a apology. We will be back but will be giving the steak a miss next time
Black Bull – WakefieldA truly great place, really excellent food and always busy which is a good sign. I come here with friends who live in Huddersfield, but have even bumped into business contact there who live nearby meaning it's their local. they a so lucky!
Cinnamon Lounge – WakefieldFrom local pub to local curry house; great transition. Thankfully the old pub didn't become a house and we've now got a great place to eat, as well as to have a few beers.
Cinnamon Lounge – WakefieldStaff attitude is very poor. They take your booking and then claim they can't find it and push you off to the bar to wait for an eternity.
Bollywood Lounge – Wakefieldvisited Rinaldi's on Monday 15th Dec 2008. It has been under new management for a few months now, and it shows. The restaurant is not clean anymore, the stairs up to the toilets was filthy and once inside there was blood all over the tiles. The food in price has gone up and the quality way down. I had lasagna, it was dry and tasteless, my friend had pizza which was undercooked. We ordered a coffee, after trying to get the waiters attention for some time. It tasted dreadful, and was in a thick white pot. There's better food to be had in ASDA. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Rinaldis – WakefieldFood Average. Management Rude! Would never eat there again!
Cinnamon Lounge – Wakefieldone of the best meals iv had from simon at 20 syke avenu mix tandor main well worth trying.
Balti House – Wakefieldbrilliant food, fantastic atmosphere great night can't fault it. Every one should try it 5star.
Bollywood Lounge – Wakefieldwe used to love going here as it wasn't expensive and was always good, but since having our little girl 2 years ago we haven't been because they wont allow children which is a shame !
Old Halfway House – WakefieldI was taken to the Rhubarb triangle along with a colleague by an ex colleague who was treating us to lunch for his retirement and is a regular visitor and we thought it was very good - the service was brilliant and the food excellent it was clean and welcoming.
Rhubarb Triangle Brewers Fayre – WakefieldPrego is by far the best Italian restaurant experience in the West Yorkshire area. Great thin pizzas from its wood burning oven, fantastic pastas and the best fillet beef I have ever had anywhere in the world. The staff are friendly and the environment is clean and modern.
Prego Pizzeria – WakefieldBest Italian in Wakefield. Nearest competition are OK but either "canteenish" or too large which loses the atmosphere. Brill in all aspects....Menu choice, Specials, Service, Staff. Always feel welcome. Been coming for a few years & can't see us changing
Bella Roma – Wakefieldi have tried brick lane manningham lane always a great welcome fantastic food even though they are always busy they manage to accommodate guys this has to be one of the best Bangladeshi meals in the UK im hooked
Red Chilli II – WakefieldThis is by far the best restaurant in Yorkshire. We had an amazing meal with friends and were very impressed. Great place.
The Three Houses Inn – WakefieldExcellent choice of restaurant I would highly recommend it (thanks Kat for telling me about it!). The menu is vast and varied something there for everyone (even the pickiest of eaters) and the service was great. It’s so nice to go somewhere where the staff don’t just appear to be happy and helpful, they actually are happy and helpful!
Bella Roma – WakefieldNormally I would and have, recommended meals at Bella Roma, but tonight the tagliatelli was stuck together and congealed. The pork loin was overcooked and tough, but most disappointing of all was the tiramisu, which in previous years was fabulous but tonight terrible, I am so disappointed. We will visit the cheaper and tastier Rustico in future where starters are free!
Bella Roma – WakefieldThe food here is amazing and all freshly cooked. The home made chips are to die for! The staff are very helpful and friendly and the menu is very varied to suit all tastes. I would suggest that booking is a good idea though especially for Sunday lunch as they do get busy. I would most definitely recommend eating at this pub as I am regular visitor and have never yet been disappointed.
British Oak Inn – WakefieldGet 15% of food bill all evening Sunday to Thursday.
