Had a great meal here a couple of weeks ago. Have had great meals eating in and taking away and they always manage to slip a beer in your hand whilst you wait for the take away to be ready. Really good customer service and excellent authentic food, if you haven't yet try this restaurant!!

l been galimores restuarant with my familly for lunch time last saturday it was great time,we want to go again in the short time....thanx all staff and manager:))))))))))))))))

I recently visited The Poacher for the first time in a while. I was there as part of a work's night out for a colleague's birthday. Considering it was a party of 12, the service was excellent. The food was of good quality, and no one had any complaints. There was a great live band on, which was a pleasant surprise. I can see The Poacher becoming a regular works haunt.

We always get a fantastic meal from The Buraq ... We've been customers for years. Absolutely delicious! 10/10

went for lunch on friday 14th june never again it was horrible i asked for beefburger and chip with a side salad the bread on the burger was all soggy through the amount of water from the side salad the chips were the dreqq ends of a bag of frozen chips all hard no potato the burger itself was tasteless and the side salad was just a load of lettuce leaves what a horrible horrible meal will never go again it was disgusting ...

I wont be going to the owls again, the service i received last time was awful. I booked a table for 7oclock for two and even though we arrived 10 mins early it was 25 mins until we got our food order took and then 20 mins later we were still sat there while other people in had come in later and ordered later were being shown to their tables, when i approached the waitress to say we had been waiting ages i just got told we halve to wait for a able to become free i said well other people who came in after us have been shown tables i.e a couple came 20 mins after us which her relpy was silent so I said I would please like to cancel booking she then said ok, which I thought was rude no customer service at I understand things like this can get mixed up but not even a sorry or anything, I will take my custom elsewere in future.

Had a fabulous night at the Owls, 30th birthday and engagement party. Food was fantastic and staff were great, very polite and helpful. Thank you for making our night a very special one, hopefully we weren't too loud!!!!

We spent a lovely family evening at The Owls, we were a little apprehensive as we were taking my granddaughter who is in a wheelchair, we were looked after very well, the food was served very quickly, was piping hot, we weren't rushed The young girl behind the bar Danni was wonderful going out of her way to accommodate us and meet our needs,we were made welcome and felt very comfortable as was my grandchild who was having her 1st meal out since her accident. Thank you to all the staff at the owls, we will be visiting again,we cannot fault any part of the evening

I have been to the owls many times in the past and have enjoyed it very much, on this occasion we booked in advance so we didn't have to wait to be seated. We arrived early and I went to the reception desk, the lady handed is the menus and we went to get drinks. Within five minutes of getting drinks our meal orders were taken and we were asked to follow the waitress to our table. We followed her through the beautiful restaurant and up the stairs when to my surprise we were shoved in the far corner of the upper floor next to the toilets and several stacks of chairs! We accepted our disappointing table and it wasn't long before our starters arrived. The food was lovely and after the starters the mains soon arrived! The table location aside, this was when the disappointment started. It was over half an hour after we had finished our main (which was very nice) that our plates were cleared away and we were presented with the dessert menu. Not only was the desert menu covered in bits of dried food, the waitress also informed us that two of the five or 6 choices were not available. After a ten minute wait our dessert order was taken and after a further ten minute wait it arrived, the apple crumble was very nice! We were given no indication as to whether the bill would be brought to the table or whether we needed to go to the reception desk so after another long wait with no sign of a waitress we decided to go and pay, we didn't complain about the service at the time as there was a queue and we didn't want to put off any of the customers waiting. I was just disappointed that I had taken some friends who had never been before and had assured them that the owls was a very good restaurant and sadly tonight it did not live up to expectations. Very disappointed!

Another brilliant night at the Wayfarer last night (30 March). Food was excellent, service excellent, what more can I say. Keep it up

Very disappointed I visited the high moor for a mothers day treat at 27.95 per head very over priced and over rated . Food under cooked manager very rude with no customer service training waited 90 minutes between starter and main meal and was told this was normal . Fist beef full of blood although I asked well cooked I was then told this is the way it is cooked here nothing we can do now . I asked to talk to the manager who was not very helpful and very rude and told me to phone in the week and talk to the owner . I have since tried to contact the owner and after several phone calls he is not available . DONT WAST YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME !!

We go regularly to Rigalettos and we have never had any complaints the food is excellent and the staff really make you welcome. The choice of food is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the staff

Excellent Indian cuisine with great service. The new extension that has doubled the size of the restaurant has only increased the ambiance of the place. I can fully recommend Fish tikka starter followed by the chicken Jal Fresi. All very reasonably priced.

Haven't been for a while and used to enjoy it here but recent visit was very disappointing. Vegetable soup was blended to oblivion with little taste; gammon overcooked and tough; steak not cooked to order. Very poor standard. Will not be returning.

My last experience at this restaurant was AWFUL! I have been to this restaurant many times and generally receive an adequate standard of food and service. My most recent trip i received neither and left shocked at how rude the staff were. Our issue was that we booked a table but after 30 mins waiting, still hadn't sat down, despite 3 other parties (without booking) getting their tables before us. We questioned why they said there was a table (when we rang up and booked) and why we couldn't sit at one of the empty tables - we received a plethora of rude responses. This was before having our change thrown across the bar at us at the mere suggestion of leaving. There was a total lack of respect, customer service, and common decency. We go to restaurants to pay for a good meal / atmosphere/ service; this restaurant left a lot to be desired and the staff seemed totally unaware of the concept of the service industry and the premise that the customer is always right. We ended up leaving the restaurant and eating elsewhere. will definitely not be going back in a hurry. Unbelievable that restaurants treat their customers so badly.
