A great hotel in the lovely village of Helmsley. We were lucky with the weather and as a result it felt like we were in Southern France. The outdoor pool and spa excellent. We ate in the Weathervane restaurant which was excellent. Beef, trout, seabass and soup all marvellous. highly recommended.

A cool contemporary Italian restaurant in the main square of Helmsley. We had two quality pizzas and a lovely hoppy beer. Unusual for an Italian restaurant to allow dogs but they do!
